All handmade carpets sold through our website are authentic pieces crafted by skilled artisans in Nepal. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• Slight variations in color, pattern, and size may occur
• Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from photographs
• Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design
• Custom orders require advance payment and longer lead times

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (Rs.) and include the cost of materials and labor. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before shipping. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and digital payments. Payment gateway integration is currently in development.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from Kathmandu, Nepal. Shipping times vary depending on destination:

• Domestic (Nepal): 3-7 business days
• International: 10-21 business days
• Custom orders: Additional 2-8 months for production

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases of defects or damage during shipping. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement.
